Formerly known as Umpqua Community Development Corporation, Umpqua CDC, or simply UCDC, we have been a dynamic part of many people's lives for many years - working together to build businesses, homes and affordable housing, helping government and other agencies to provide needed infrastructure, conserve resources and develop a stable local economy.
