Umpqua Coastal Housing Center serves low to moderate income residents in Coos and Curry Counties, and is a "One Stop" referral center to help residents with any aspect of housing assistance. We offer the following programs and services:

Pre-purchase Counseling

Homebuyer Education

Our ABCs of Homebuying will teach you about housing decisions, home warranties and inspections, mortgages, home owner insurance, closing your loan, and more. Learn more about home buying

Owner Occupied Home Rehab

This program offers 0% interest deferred payment loans to low-moderate income homeowners with homes in need of repair. If your home needs roof or foundation work, weatherization upgrades, plumbing, electrical, or other necessary repairs, you can use the equity in your home to complete these repairs without increasing your monthly expenses.
