NeighborWorks Umpqua is involved in many projects. Here are a few of our latest:
- Preserving and rehabbing a 49-unit Brookside Court Apartments for Senior and Disabled tenants
- The acquisition and rehab of foreclosed homes for sale to low-income homebuyers.
- The development of Eagle Landing, a 54-unit multi-family complex for homeless veterans on the VA campus in Roseburg
