Multi-Family Housing Development

We specialize in affordable housing projects and have developed over 400 units of low income housing since 1981. Our first project, Princeton Court Apartments, had the distinction of being the first new affordable housing complex built in Douglas County in nearly 20 years. Our housing portfolio ranges from an historical duplex renovation to a 53-unit complex serving low income seniors.

Our complexes qualify for Section 8 vouchers and target a range of populations from special needs, the disabled, seniors and victims of domestic violence to workforce housing. These efforts include extensive rehabilitation of subsidized housing to new construction. Seven of our complexes have utilized low income housing tax credits.

Community wide partnerships are an essential ingredient in our successful multi-family housing program, allowing us to tap into both public and private funding for construction and resident services. We are committed to a healthy environment and incorporate numerous green construction features.
