Reverse Mortgage (HECM) Counseling

NeighborWorks Umpqua offers reverse mortgage counseling (HECM) that is fully certified by HUD. Each client has a one-on-one appointment to discuss eligibility, the features and alternates to Reverse Mortgages.

This type of counseling is required prior to receiving a reverse mortgage from any lender.

Basic Eligibility
If you:
•    are 62 or older
•    have substantial equity in your home, and
•    are interested in finding how you can make your equity work you
