Homebuyer Programs
We help home buyers to obtain decent structurally sound and affordable homes with down payment assistance, second mortgages, and deferred loans for special circumstance acquisitions. Our homebuyer training helps prepare you for the home buying process. Learn more about home buying
Build Your Own Home

Single Family Home Construction Programs
We construct low cost solar and energy efficient homes. In our Mutual Self-Help Housing program, groups of low and very low income families and individuals work together to help build each other's homes, under the instruction and supervision of our qualified Construction Supervisor.
