City of Port Orford Port Upgrade
NeighborWorks Umpqua provided technical assistance to the City of Port Orford to obtain funding and handle project management for a $5 million Port upgrade.
The pier was converted from 1930's timber and post construction to a much larger concrete decked pier. The Port is open to the ocean allowing fishing boats are hauled out of the water nightly. The upgrade included two new cranes.
Winston-Dillard Rice Creek Water System Expansion Project
