What is MEDAL?

Microenterprise Development and Learning (MEDAL) Program is supporting small businesses and growing our local economy. We focus on the nuts and bolts. What we do for our clients:

  • Educate on personal and professional finances
  • Guide in investigating the viability of business ideas
  • Connect with non-traditional sources of capital
  • Connect with their local business community and entrepreneur networks
  • Provide opportunities for collaborative marketing and branding

Preference is given to low-mod income households in Coos, Curry and Douglas Counties.
We offer special outreach efforts to youth and disabled residents.

Learning about Business

We have learning opportunities for business owners to succeed.
