Mutual Self-Help Housing Program

Groups of low and very-low income households work together under the instruction and supervision of a qualified Construction Supervisor to help build each other's homes. Participant labor and bulk purchasing help keep the homes affordable. Everyone works on all the homes and no one moves in until all the homes are completed. Neighborhood Stabilization Program

The NSP program provides funding for us to purchase foreclosed properties and rehab them to help keep our communities vibrant. Some of the homes are sold and some are made available as rentals to families whose annual incomes are 50% or below the Median Area Income.

Affordable Single Family Home Construction
