Home Buyer Counseling Services

NeighborWorks Umpqua provides step-by-step home buyer counseling assistance through any house buying process, including referrals, education classes, technical training, project management, or supervision and oversight.

Our two Regional Housing Centers have experienced and knowledgeable counselors to assist with your housing needs.

There is a one-time $45 materials fee for pre-purchase counseling. Sliding scale available upon request.
