Housing Rehab Programs
Home Rehab Programs
Our NeighborWorks Umpqua Housing Rehabilitation Program may be able to assist low to moderate income homeowners who qualify with 0 interest, or very low interest loan to make necessary home repairs. Owner-occupied properties in Douglas, Coos and Curry counties are potentially eligible. Manufactured homes must be de-titled and not on rented land.
We have several housing rehab programs to help existing homeowners with health and safety related repairs. Loan limits apply based on property and program limits and may not exceed $25,000. Matched savings accounts (DreamSavers IDA) are also available. Possible home repairs include: Repair or replacement or upgrade of roof, plumbing, electrical, septic, well, heating, mold abatement and dry rot repair (other repairs/upgrades may be approved on a case by case basis).
