NWU’s Down Payment Assistance Loan program is designed to support resiliency and sustainable homeownership. Borrowers attend a Homebuyer Education course and a one-on-one Homebuyer Counseling session through NWU. Loan amounts range from $5,000 to $10,000; and up to $15,000 for veterans.
