Our Home Repair Assistance Program, including our Oregon Department of Energy's Community Heat Pump Deployment Program Grant, is currently active and accepting new inquiries. Funding is available, and the waitlist is open. If you're a homeowner in Coos, Curry, or Douglas County and need repairs or energy-saving upgrades, we encourage you to reach out and learn more about how to get started.
Home Share with Nesterly
We are partnering with Nesterly.com to unlock more affordable housing options in Douglas and Coos Counties. Nesterly is a safe and secure homesharing service with an easy-to-navigate online platform that connects homeowners with a spare room to renters seeking stays longer than one month. Their team of dedicated social workers play an active role in making and supporting homeshare matches. Plus, NeighborWorks Umpqua is here to offer local support every step of the way.
