Is your home in need of repairs you’re not sure you can afford?
NeighborWorks Umpqua has grant programs to help qualifying homeowners with home repairs.
ODOE Community Heat Pump Deployment Program
NeighborWorks Umpqua is the regional administrator in the Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE) Community Heat Pump Deployment Program for Coos, Curry and Douglas Counties.
This program provides funding to help homeowners get energy-efficient heat pumps installed at little to no cost. Heat pumps offer both heating and cooling, helping keep homes comfortable year-round while also reducing energy bills.
There is no income requirement to participate in this program.
To be considered, your name must be on our Homeowner List. We use this list to track interest and prioritize projects as funding becomes available. Homeowners are contacted on a rolling basis.
If you own your home—stick-built or manufactured—and live in Coos, Curry, or Douglas County, you’re welcome to add your name to the Home Repair Waitlist or you can also contact the main office at (541) 673-4909 to get added.
