We offer a variety of services to our residents, including:

  • Support with finding community and being a successful tenant:
  1. Social Events
  • Peer Support
  • Eviction Prevention Counseling
  • Maintenance Requests
  • Complaints/Grievances



  • Help Connecting with Area Service Providers:
  • Help with finding and applying for programs and benefits from local agencies.


Residents needing help with Rent Café or after-hours emergencies:

  • If you are unable to log into Rent Café, or do not have an account, please call your property manager.
