NeighborWorks Umpqua is looking for community-minded individuals to join our Board to make a positive impact in Southern Oregon. 

NeighborWorks Umpqua is a community-focused private, rural nonprofit organization working to enhance the lives of Oregon residents in Coos, Curry, Douglas, Jackson and Josephine Counties. We’re looking for members who: 

• Actively participate in organizational governance. 
• Attend board meetings, engage in active discussion, and contribute ideas during meetings with other board members and staff.
• Advocate for NeighborWorks Umpqua’s mission. 
• Strengthen community partnerships. 
• Possess expertise in real estate, construction, banking, finance, legal expertise, adult education, and social services.
