Home Repair Grants

NeighborWorks Umpqua administers grant programs that assist eligible homeowners to make repairs to homes.

Home Repair Grant Available for Coos Bay

Grant funds of up to $15,000 will be available in February 2021 to help Coos County and Reedsport residents with home repairs to address health and safety concerns. The City of Coos Bay and NeighborWorks Umpqua have partnered to create a home improvement program for qualifying low-moderate income homeowners.  Funded with $500,000 from the Oregon Business Development Department, this grant will help improve residents’ well-being and quality of life. Both single-family homes and manufactured homes are eligible.

If you own your home, have a low-moderate income, and are a Coos County resident or within the City of Reedsport, you may apply for the program.
